Remanufacturing
Westrans specializes in the remanufacture of brake and powertrain components. Much of our work is for commercial trucks, and other heavy duty Class 6, Class 7, and Class 8 vehicles.
We also provide services for light duty passenger cars and pick-up trucks, medium duty vehicles, agricultural equipment, and heavy duty industrial equipment.
Our remanufacturing takes place in our production facility located in Winnipeg. The remanufacturing work we do goes beyond a basic repair job. Each part gets disassembled down to its core and then rebuilt ensuring the part meets or exceeds the performance of the part had it been purchased brand new.
We use OEM components in your remanufactured part, including genuine Eaton components. Our work is always performed to the highest standard, and quality-tested, giving peace of mind to you and your business. For many of our remanufactured driveline components, we carry an extensive stock in our warehouse. That means little or no downtime as you exchange your core for a ready-to-go part.
